MOKB-HI FI Box Office Manager

We are currently hiring a full time Box Office Manager to oversee ticket sales and customer service aspects of our events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, outgoing music-lover with a passion for customer service. This position will oversee daily tickets sales operations for events at our venues as well as our offsite special events. The position requires prior event-related box office experience. The candidate will work out of our Fountain Square headquarters and be responsible for interacting with customers, box office staffing for events, website maintenance and event ticket creation process. This position provides the perfect opportunity to join our growing team of live music lovers and play an active role in some of Indy’s biggest concerts. The Box Office manager reports directly to our Senior Talent Buyers and Venue VP. We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $35,000 to $40,000, based on experience.
