Minnesota Merry Market 2025

The Minnesota Merry Market spans 2 weekends (December 13-14 & December 20-21, 2025) and will feature approximately 80 artist booths each weekend, showcasing a diverse mix of art and handmade goods. The event runs 10am-4pm all four days at the State Fair Grounds, North End Event Center. Visitors can also enjoy local food trucks, Santa visits, train rides, and more. Vendors may choose to participate in either or both weekends but must commit to both days of a weekend - no single day vendors allowed.

The application requires a $20 non-refundable jury fee and submission of five images (four of current work and one booth shot). Booth fees are $400 per weekend for regular 8x8 foot booths or $800 for double booths, with corner booths costing an extra $50 per weekend. Vendors accepted for both weekends can keep their booth set up between weekends as the building will be locked and secured. Artists retain 100% of their sales and are responsible for sales tax collection.

All artists must be onsite during the market hours, though staff/family/friends may help work the booth. No buy/sell items or AI art are allowed. Artists may only sell items represented in their application within their juried media category. Load-in is Friday before each weekend, with load-out immediately following Sunday events. Cancellation refunds are available until November 7th (full refund), 50% refund until December 1st, and no refunds after December 1st.
