Mesa Community College LEGACY IN MOTION Alumni Exhibition

Mesa Community College is celebrating 60 years with an alumni exhibition showcasing current artwork made within the past five years by former students, faculty, and staff who are currently active in their creative endeavors. Artists who have attended, taught, or worked at MCC from 1965 to 2024 are encouraged to submit images of artwork for consideration. A jury panel will select works invited for display. Current students, faculty, and staff are not eligible.

The exhibition opens October 23, 2025 with a public reception from 5-6 pm and runs through December 11, 2025. Submission deadline is October 5, 2025. Notifications of invited artwork will be sent via email on October 8, 2025. Delivery dates are October 10, 13, 14, or 15, 2025 (9-5 am), or by appointment. All invited work must be delivered to MCC Art Gallery by 5 pm on October 15, 2025 or participation may be forfeited. Pick up is December 12, 2025 (9-5 am).

Work samples should include 1-3 images and 0-2 videos (minimum 1 total sample required). All 2D works must be ready to hang with wire or hanging hardware. Pedestals will be provided for 3D works smaller than 24 inches. Larger 3D work will be displayed on a space available basis. Digital works including animation are encouraged and will be displayed on a mounted iPad. Commercial artwork will be considered in addition to works of fine art.
