Members Only Online Show

This is an online exhibition open to all current PSWC members over the age of 18. Participants may submit up to 5 paintings at $15 per painting. Only one painting will be accepted into the show per artist. PSWC membership and entry fees must be paid by the entry deadline of Monday, January 6, 2025. Dues for 2025 must also be paid by this deadline for entries to be judged. Membership information is available at pswc.ws.

Work must be created using dry pastels only, with at least 80% of the top layer composed of dry pastel. Paintings must have been completed within the last three years and may not have been accepted into any previous PSWC exhibit. Compositions may not be taken from published work such as magazine photos or professional photographer's prints; if photo reference is used, it must be from your own photographs. Student or workshop work produced under supervision is not eligible. Work must be submitted by the artist and not by a collector or owner of commissioned work.

Submissions must be high-quality JPEG files at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Images should show only the artwork itself without matting, frames, or background distractions, and must be oriented correctly. Awards include Best of Show, First Place, Second Place, Third Place, and Honorable Mention. Entry fees are nonrefundable. For questions, contact Pamela Comfort at [email protected].
