Meeting the Moment

Open to women-identifying artists in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana. The exhibition is open to two-dimensional and three-dimensional work. All two-dimensional work must be wired for hanging and cannot weigh over 30 lbs.

Submissions should include JPEG images of 1-2 artworks (at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge, no larger than 30 MB) and an artist statement of up to 200 words referring to the specific artworks submitted. Images must show only the artwork itself without visible matting, frames, or background distractions, and must be oriented correctly. WCA members receive a discounted application fee. Entry fees are paid by credit or debit card through a secure checkout system and are non-refundable. Entries may be edited and images substituted until the entry deadline of June 17, 2024. Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline, and incomplete entries will be disqualified.
