Meet the Makers at Granbury Wine Walk

Meet the Makers at Granbury Wine Walk is a juried festival celebrating 10 years of the Granbury Wine Walk. The wine-walking event is held on Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27, featuring groupings or "clusters" located throughout the downtown area. Each cluster features wineries, artists, live musicians, prepared foods and artisanal food products. Hours are Friday 2:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday 11:00-7:00 p.m.

All media is considered and the organizers strive for a variety of art and balance in all genres. The event is looking for unique, original work produced by Texas residents. Approximately 40 artist booth spaces are available. Attendance by the artist is required both days of the event. The final selection of participants is made by the Granbury Wine Walk board and committee members.

Booth spaces are 10'x10' for $100.00 or 10'x20' for $200.00. Electricity is an additional $20.00 and is limited. The event is held rain or shine and is held all outdoors. Each participant must provide their own tent and complete set-up. Tent staking is not permissible at any cluster location and leg weights with a minimum of 50 lbs per tent leg is required. Requests for specific locations can be made but cannot always be granted. Booth set up time is the morning of the event, with an afternoon start time. Early break down of the booth or display is not permitted.

Applications must be submitted via the CAFE website with 4 images of current work. A booth shot is not required but is welcome. Applicants must provide a brief statement describing their work and process. The entry fee is $10.00. The application deadline is March 1. Notifications will be sent March 3, with a deadline of March 15 to accept the invitation and submit the booth fee.
