McLean Holiday Art & Crafts Festival 2026

Founded in 1982, the McLean Holiday Art & Crafts Festival is an indoor, juried show featuring approximately 80 regional artisans exhibiting handcrafted works including pottery, glass, jewelry, holiday decorations, mixed media, accessories, wood, fine art, artisanal foods, soaps, skin care, and more. The festival welcomes both established and emerging artisans working in all media and price ranges, with the goal of creating a diverse show for attendees.

The festival will be held December 4–6, 2026, at the McLean Community Center, 1234 Ingleside Ave, McLean, Virginia 22101. Festival hours are Friday and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Contracted exhibitors must set up on Thursday evening (December 3, 4:00 PM–10:00 PM) and Friday morning (December 4, 7:00 AM–9:00 AM), with all booth setups complete by 9:00 AM for a jury walk-through. Booth sizes average approximately 80 square feet and electricity will be provided. Parking is available for vendors and attendees. Food and beverages are available at the onsite café. The MCC is ADA compliant.

Applications must be submitted through Zapplication by May 3, 2026, and include five digital images (at least one booth photo and four product photos of different items made by the applicant), along with a $20 jury fee. All work must be original and handcrafted by the applicant; no buy-sell, commercial products, or imports are accepted. Applicants will be notified by email on or about June 1, 2026. Accepted exhibitors must return a signed contract and booth fee by August 2, 2026. Booth assignments and floor layout will be provided on or about August 23, 2026. Exhibitors must be on site during all festival hours and may not display items not approved by the jury.
