MBPAPA Plein Air Painting Exhibition

This is a call for plein air paintings for the MBPAPA exhibition. Paintings must be completed primarily in plein air and may not have been exhibited in a prior MBPAPA show. All paintings will be hand delivered to the show, framed and ready to hang with hanging wire. Paintings cannot be larger than 28 inches in width unframed. Artwork must remain up for the duration of the exhibit with no early pickup.

Submissions must be original, high-quality JPEG image files at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Images should be cropped to show only the artwork itself with no visible matting, frames, or background distractions, and must be oriented correctly. Use the sRGB color profile for best results.

Entry fees are paid by credit or debit card through the secure checkout system and are not refundable. Entries must be submitted and paid by the entry deadline of March 4, 2025. After submission, you may log back in to review, edit artist and image information, and add or substitute images until the deadline. Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline, and incomplete entries will be disqualified.
