About This Call
Las Laguna Gallery presents Matters of the Heart, an exhibition exploring themes related to the heart. The show runs February 7-28, 2019.
Artists are invited to submit works that evoke feelings of love (passion, affection, lust, tenderness, infatuation, etc.) or include literal images of hearts. Submissions may take a conceptual, literal, or emotional approach to the theme. All media are accepted, including photography, fabric, mixed media, fiber arts, paintings, drawings (oil, acrylic, ink, graphite, pastels), and more. All local, national, and international artists—professional and amateur—are encouraged to apply.
Entry fee is $35, with an additional $2 per image for images beyond the first. Submit 1-15 images. Accepted work sizes are flexible, though works over 60 inches may incur higher shipping costs. Selected artists receive a 65% / 35% gallery split. Contact: [email protected]
