About This Call
Market Days 2026 is one of the Southeast's largest and best-juried arts and crafts shows, held on Saturday December 5th and Sunday December 6th at the Tallahassee Fairgrounds. The event features the unique, handmade creations of over 300 artists and top-quality artisans and craftspeople, with works including fine arts, ceramics, country furniture, stained glass, woodwork, glasswork, dolls, clocks, pottery, jewelry, sculpture, metalwork, clothing, photography, and calligraphy. All proceeds support the Tallahassee Museum's mission to inspire people to transform their lives, community, and the world through an enhanced understanding of the region's natural and cultural environments. Market Days is a rain-or-shine event.
All arts and crafts media are eligible. Items submitted must be the original work of the artist or craftsman applying. Artists can only display and sell work that has been juried. If your exhibit contains school or sport logos, you must have trademark licensing information with you. Applications will not be juried without payment of the non-refundable $35 application fee and $100 booth deposit at time of application. If not accepted, the booth deposit will be refunded. If accepted, the remaining balance of the booth fee is due no later than October 15th. No money will be refunded after October 15th.
Artists and craftsmen must submit at least three high-resolution digital images: one showing the product being made, and two showing current completed work. One additional high-resolution digital image of your booth is required. Booth fees range from $290 to $1,160 depending on size and location (inside or outside building). Electricity is available for all spaces; vendors must provide their own extension cords, plugs, duct tape, and lighting. No space heaters are permitted. Outdoor vendors must supply their own tents. All vendors are responsible for supplying their own piping and/or draping, and their own wifi hotspot. Setup begins Friday, December 4th from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Early access to the fairgrounds is available Thursday, December 3rd from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM for an additional $30 fee. Camping is available on-site at $35 per night (or $85 per night for 220V connection). Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting 7.5% Florida Sales Tax on all taxable sales.
