March Group Art Show

Jones Gallery, located in Kansas City Missouri's Crossroads Arts District, invites applications for the March Group Art Show. The gallery is housed in an over 100-year-old historically registered building with original brick, cement walls, ceiling, and floors in the nationally recognized Crossroads Arts District.

This group art show is open to 2D artists and photographers only. No reproductions of original paintings or drawings are allowed. The gallery may select up to a maximum of 3 originals to exhibit. Maximum artwork size is 48" width x 72" height. The show runs Wednesday, March 4th through Thursday, March 26th, 2020, with a First Friday Artist Reception on March 6th from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Entry fee is $17, with an entry deadline of Saturday, February 1st.

Local artists are required to be present during the First Friday artist reception. Commission on sales is 75% to the artist and 25% to the gallery. Artists will be paid by Wednesday, April 1st. Local artists must deliver artwork Friday, February 28th or Saturday, February 29th (11:00 am to 5:00 pm) and pick up Friday, March 27th or Saturday, March 28th (11:00 am to 5:00 pm). Artwork must be wired on the back ready to hang. National artists are responsible for round-trip shipping and insurance. All shipments must include a prepaid return shipping label. Unsold artwork will be returned within two weeks following the closing date.
