Maple & Main Art & Music Festival in the Park 2026

Sylvania Arts invites fine artists of all mediums to apply for the 15th Annual Maple & Main Art & Music Festival in the Park. The festival takes place May 30-31, 2026 at Olander Park, a 60-acre lakeside setting in Sylvania featuring scenic grassy trails beneath oak trees with views of the lake. Exhibition hours are Saturday May 30, 11am–7:30pm and Sunday May 31, 10am–4:30pm. The festival is rain or shine.

Booth spaces are 10 x 10 feet with at least 5 feet between adjacent booths. Artists must provide their own white tent and are responsible for setup and teardown. Check-in and setup begins Saturday at 6:30am. Early setup is available Friday May 29, 6-8pm for an additional $25 fee. Teardown begins Sunday at 4:30pm and must be completed by 6:00pm. The festival offers free admission and free parking, overnight security, complimentary snack and beverage, disability parking nearby, and booth sitting available. Most booths are in grass next to paved walkways; artists should bring materials to stabilize displays on uneven surfaces and weights for wind.

Entry fees are $25 jury fee and $235 booth fee (double booths available for $200 extra). The show offers $2,500 in awards: Best of Show $1,000, First Place $700, Second Place $400, Third Place $200, and two Honorable Mention awards at $100 each. Artists will be notified by email by April 18, 2026. Acceptances must be confirmed by May 1 with payment. All artwork must be handcrafted by the artist and for sale. No buy-sell items, kits, mass-produced items, or food items are allowed. Artists must be present during all posted fair hours. All prints must be signed and numbered in limited editions. No generators or electrical service available. No staking or drilling permitted.
