Maple & Main Art & Music Festival in the Park 2025

Sylvania Arts invites all fine artists to submit to the 14th annual Maple & Main Art & Music Festival in the Park. This unique juried art festival in Northwest Ohio is attended by thousands of art lovers and enthusiasts. Due to downtown Sylvania construction, this year's festival will be held in Olander Park, a 60 acre lake front park in the heart of Sylvania with beautiful mature Oak trees, shelter houses, boating, walking trails and more. Booth spaces will be available along the grassy trails flanked by beautiful trees and a view of the lake. The festival includes a live music stage, buskers, food trucks and a beer garden.

The festival runs Saturday May 31, 2025 from 11am-7:30pm and Sunday June 1, 2025 from 10am-4:30pm. Entry fees are $25 jury fee and $225 booth fee. Awards include Best of Show ($1000), First Place ($500), Second Place ($300), Third Place ($200), and two Honorable Mentions ($100 each). Booth spaces are 10x10 and artists must provide their own white tent. The festival offers on-site security, complimentary snacks and beverages both mornings, booth sitting services, and disability parking nearby.

Artists must be 18 years or older and all artwork must be handcrafted by the juried artist. Only one medium per artist per booth, with no booth sharing allowed. All prints must be signed and numbered in limited editions. No buy-sell items, kits, or mass produced items are permitted. Artists must be present during all posted fair hours and are responsible for collecting applicable Ohio sales tax. Application deadline is April 15, 2025, with artist notification by email by April 23, 2025.
