About This Call
The 52nd annual Open Air Arts & Crafts Fair takes place July 24-26, 2026 in Mammoth Lakes at Kittredge Sports parking lot, 3218 Main Street. Event hours are 10:00am - 5:00pm. Up to 45 artist spaces are available on asphalt in the parking lot.
Eligibility: Applicants must showcase individual perspective in unique, unusual, or unexpected ways with good creative design. Only quality handcrafted, small batch products made in the USA by the artisan selling their works are accepted. Not accepted: buy/sell, imports, kit-based, mass-produced items, work not made by the applicant(s), books, body art, permanent jewelry, CDs, packaged specialty foods, or toys that are weapons. Artwork depicting weapons, nudity, or sensitive wording may be declined to maintain a family-friendly environment. No booth sharing except married/significant-other partners. Two artists may request adjacent booths (each applies separately).
Booth spaces and fees: 10dx10w space $175.00 + 10% commission; 10dx20w space $350.00 + 10% commission. A 3% fee is added to space fee credit card charges. A 10% commission on gross, pre-tax sales is required for all work sold as a direct result of this opportunity, including sales completed after the fair. Commissions should be postmarked to PO Box 280, Pine Grove, CA 95665 by the Wednesday following the event. PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle payments are also accepted.
Set-up/tear-down: Afternoon set-up available Thursday prior to event start, or 7:00am Friday. Drive to/close to space. Overnight parking available for van-sized vehicles within the site; nearby campgrounds available for large vehicles. No overnight security provided. Afternoon set-up is available Thursday, the day prior to event start.
