About This Call
MAGIX 2022 is an international online group exhibition organized by Exhibizone that invites artists to submit artworks expressing artistic visualization of dream, fantasy, illusion, imagination, and magic. The exhibition runs from October 1-31, 2022.
Artists are encouraged to showcase visual stories of dreamy landscapes, fantasy characters, illusive creatures, futuristic images, sci-fi societies, horror imaginations, magical worlds, optical illusions, and abstract play of colors and lines. Both representational and abstract art in any medium are welcome, including painting, drawing, illustration, printmaking, photography, digital art, fiber art, sculpture, and mixed media. Artists can submit up to 10 original artworks, with a maximum of 2 pieces selected per artist. Submission is free; a $35 selection fee applies only to selected artists.
Selected artworks will be featured in an online international group exhibition and published in a stylish exhibition catalogue available in both online and print versions. Awards include public choice cash prizes: First Prize $500, Second Prize $300, Third Prize $200 (based on highest visitor ratings throughout the exhibition). All selected artists receive a digital certificate, online artist profile page on Biafarin platform, digital promotional badges, exhibition poster link, and a report with analytics on artwork views, comments, and engagement. An exhibition press release will be published in art media. Artists must be original creators with all rights to present and publish their work internationally. Artworks must not include pornographic, violent, or content promoting racial or religious hatred.
