About This Call

LUSH 2 is a contemporary ceramics exhibition providing an opportunity to feature ceramic pieces to collectors in a world-class gallery in Palm Beach County, Florida, during the holiday season. The exhibition runs from October 13 to December 10, 2022. Artists selected will be juried by a panel of nationally recognized ceramics artists, with judging by noted ceramicist Brian Rochefort on October 12, 2022. The Artists' Reception and Award Ceremony takes place on October 13, 2022, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. (participating artists and one guest invited at no charge).

Awards include: First Place $1,500, Second Place $1,000, Third Place $750, and two Honorable Mention awards of $500 each. The entry fee is $40 (non-refundable) and covers up to three unique pieces. Artists must submit up to three pieces with two digital images per work (front and detail) in JPEG format, 1200 pixels or greater on the longest side, under 5 MB. All work must have been created within the last two years and must not have been previously displayed at Lighthouse ArtCenter. Accepted artwork must arrive by October 3, 2022. Artists are responsible for shipping and insurance both to and from the exhibition. Unsold works will be packed and shipped or picked up by December 15, 2022. Accepted artists must provide a credit card number on file for the return of unsold pieces.
