About This Call
The Lancaster Performing Arts Center (LPAC) is seeking a talented artist to create the official cover image for the 2025-2026 season. The selected artist will receive $1,000. The work will be showcased in print materials, digital media, and online promotions.
This competition is open to all artists working with 2D arts media, including photography, painting, drawing, mixed media 2D, and graphic arts. Applicants must be 18 or older and reside within the Greater Antelope Valley Area or within specified ZIP codes (91321, 91350, 91351, 91355, 91381, 91383, 91384, 91387, 91390, 93501, 93505, 93510, 93516, 93523, 93524, 93532, 93534, 93535, 93536, 93543, 93544, 93550, 93551, 93552, 93553, 93560, 93561, 93563, 93591, 93599, 92371, 92301, 93203, 93243).
Submitted artwork must be original, high-quality, and representative of the performing arts. Submissions must be digital and formatted to fit a standard cover size in vertical or portrait orientation (8.5" x 11" with .5" bleed, totaling 9" x 11.5" or similar aspect ratio). High-resolution images (300 dpi or higher) or vector images are required. Accepted file types are JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, or PSD with a maximum file size of 10 MB. Applicants may submit 1-5 images.
