LOVE - 2022

Exhibizone presents LOVE, an online international group exhibition showcasing artworks inspired by various types of love and kindness to celebrate Valentine 2022. The exhibition invites all artistic expressions of love, including interpretations of the eight types of love recognized by ancient Greeks: Agape (unconditional and selfless love), Eros (romantic and passionate love), Philia (affectionate and platonic love), Philautia (self-compassion and self-love), Storage (kinship and parent-child love), Pragma (enduring and matured love), Ludus (playful, early days love), and Mania (obsessive, mad and jealous love). Artists are encouraged to submit their unique interpretation of "LOVE" in their artistic language.

Accepted media include painting, drawing, illustration, printmaking, photography, digital art, sculpture, metal-work, installation, landscape, jewelry, crafts, land art, fiber art, street art, video, graphic art, book art, and mixed media. All styles are welcome. Artists may submit up to 5 original artworks with no size limit. Artworks created within the last 5 years are preferred. Entry fee is $20 for one artwork and $10 for each additional artwork (up to 5 total). Deadline: February 12, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. MST. The exhibition runs from February 14 to March 14, 2022.

Selected artworks will be showcased in the online group exhibition and promoted for sales. Awards include a $500 USD public choice cash prize for the artwork with the highest rank during the exhibition, publication in an international exhibition catalogue, artwork reviews from visitors, promotional materials, analytics reports, and a digital certificate. Some selected artworks may be published in magazines and books within the Biafarin art network. All participants and selected artists receive a digital certificate. Selected Biafarin members with Gold and Platinum membership are eligible for free shipment of sold artworks.
