Main Street Gallery is a contemporary art space operated by Dab Art Co., located in Downtown Los Angeles's Arts District and Gallery Row. The gallery features an industrial style with high ceilings and modern layout. The gallery is featured on the CURATE LA gallery map and is one of 25 galleries on the Downtown Los Angeles Art Walk.

The gallery program focuses on exhibiting contemporary artists through conceptual group shows and solo exhibitions. Online exhibitions vary from 3 to 6 months, with a minimum of one solo exhibition selected per month. Gallery exhibition lengths may vary from 4 to 12 weeks. Featured artists are invited to personally attend receptions, and a selected few may be invited for recorded artist interviews and/or panel discussions. Artists selected for exhibition will also be considered for representation by Dab Art Co. Roster artists receive priority consideration for exhibitions, ongoing professional consultation and portfolio assistance, marketing and promotional assistance in selected publications, online market inventory and website profile.

Submissions must include a minimum of 3 images and a maximum of 20 images, along with a biography and/or artist statement, artist website link, and links to at least one social media platform. Entry fee is $35 for 3 images; additional images cost $5 each. An optional video consultation with the gallery director is available for $100. All work must be original, unsold work with the artist owning sole copyright. 2D artwork selected for exhibition must be ready to hang with professional quality frames, mats, and wiring. Gallery retains a 50% commission on all exhibition sales. Payment to artists is provided within 60 days after the exhibit concludes and receipt of full payment from the buyer. Notifications are generally sent via email within 2 weeks after the close of each calendar month. Selected artists receive either an "Invited" status for immediate exhibition consideration or "Wait List" status, with waitlisted artists featured in at least one exhibition within the calendar year.
