About This Call
The 47th annual Los Altos Arts & Wine Festival takes place July 11 & 12, 2026 in Downtown Los Altos Village on Main and State Streets. The event features 300 fine arts and crafts booths, live entertainment, a kids' area, food, wine, and beer. Event hours are 10:00am - 6:00pm. Los Altos is located in Silicon Valley, approximately 40 miles south of San Francisco and 10 miles north of San Jose.
Applications are open to creators of quality handcrafted, small batch products made in the USA by the artisan selling their works. Applicants should showcase their individual perspective in unique, unusual, and/or unexpected ways with good creative design. Not accepted: buy/sell, imports, kit-based, mass-produced items, work not made by the applicant(s), books, body art, permanent jewelry, CDs, packaged specialty foods, and toys that are weapons. Artwork depicting weapons, nudity, or sensitive wording may be declined to maintain a family-friendly environment. No booth sharing except with married/significant-other partners. Two artists may request adjacent booths by applying separately.
Booth spaces range from 5dx10w to 10dx20w, with fees from $285 to $690 plus a 10% commission on gross, pre-tax sales. A 3% fee is added to space fee credit card charges. Applications can be submitted through Zapplication.org ($25 non-refundable fee) or pacificfinearts.com ($15 non-refundable fee). Setup begins Saturday at 5:00am. Overnight security is provided, and overnight parking is available for self-contained vehicles. Cancellations made April 13 - May 31 receive a PFAF credit slip minus $50 per space; after June 1, space fees are forfeited. Contact: [email protected] or 209-267-4394.
