About This Call
The 26th annual Loring Park Art Festival will be held July 25th & 26th, 2025 in beautiful Loring Park near downtown Minneapolis, MN. Wildflowers and formal gardens make this an idyllic setting for art, music, food, and entertainment. Circling the large pond in Loring Park, the work of juried fine artists and fine craftspeople is showcased. It is a beautiful urban setting with phenomenal art in every medium. Rated one of the 100 Best Fine Art Shows in Sunshine Artist Magazine since 2004. Festival hours are Saturday 10 am - 6 pm and Sunday 10 am - 5 pm.
The festival accepts original work in 12 categories including ceramics, painting and drawing, fiber, fine crafts, glass, jewelry, metal work, mixed media & digital art, printmaking, photography, sculpture, and wood. All work must be original in concept, design, and execution, and created solely by the artist. No mass-produced, commercially produced work, buy/sell items, or imports are allowed. Artists must submit five images (four of individual pieces and one booth shot) with a $35 non-refundable jury fee per medium. Application deadline is March 20, with jury results emailed March 30.
Booth fees are $375 for standard 10' x 12' spaces and $500 for corner spaces. Festival Favorite Awards are given in each medium with five or more artists, including a $100 check, waived fees for 2027, and automatic jury-in status. Artists must be present for the entire festival duration and provide their own tent setup that can withstand wind and rain with 40 pounds per tent leg safety standard.
