Lockport Outdoor Arts & Crafts Festival 2025

The Optimist Club of Lockport will be sponsoring its 49th annual Lockport Outdoor Arts & Craft Festival on Main St. Artists & Craftsmen will have an opportunity for prizes & awards. The festival attracts 20-25,000 people over the two day period and takes place Saturday June 28, 2025 from 11am – 5pm and Sunday June 29, 2025 from 11am – 5pm. All proceeds from the show go to support Youth Activities in the Lockport Area. The festival is limited to 250 vendors with booth sizes of 10' x 15' ($100) or 10' x 30' ($200).

The festival is open to all artists & craftsman who design & produce their own work in a range of mediums including glass, ceramics, fiber, jewelry, mixed media, painting, drawing, photography, wood & sculpture. All artwork must be the sole work of the artist or craftsmen applying and BUY-SELL artwork is prohibited. All artists or craftsmen must be present both days of the festival. Applications require 4 high resolution images of work to be exhibited and 1 high resolution image of booth display.

The jury/application fee is $20.00 (non-refundable) and booth fee is $100.00 per booth, due upon acceptance. Awards include Best in Show (show ribbon, jury fee waived for following year, $50 check) and Best in Category (show ribbon, $20 check). The festival is an outdoor show (rain or shine) and participants are expected to be weather prepared with tents and weights. No vehicles are allowed in the show area during show hours (11:00AM to 5:00PM).
