Litchfield Park Art & Wine Festival 2025

The 26th Annual Litchfield Park Art & Wine Festival is a 2-day event held in Litchfield Park, Arizona, attracting more than 30,000 festival-goers. Sponsored by the City of Litchfield Park in partnership with Vermillion Promotions, the festival features the work of more than 250 jury-selected fine artists and craftsmen set amidst tree-lined walkways and charming outdoor cafes. The festival is ranked 8th in the Nation by Sunshine Artists and #1 in Arizona. Festival highlights include dozens of trendy festival eateries, wineries, and breweries, with continuous live entertainment.

Artists must submit one image of booth display and three images of current work for the jury process. Work must be of original design and personal execution unless pre-approved by the Festival Committee. All categories are juried prior to acceptance. Application fee is $25.00. Booth space fees range from $400.00 to $800.00 depending on size (10' x 15', 10' x 20', or 10' x 30'), with an additional $35.00 for electric. Food vendors have separate pricing. Artists must provide a valid Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax ID number prior to acceptance. City business license is not required and is paid for by the Festival.

Artist services include free overnight RV parking adjacent to the festival grounds, overnight security guards, bottled water, staff assistance, promotional opportunities, and an artist appreciation dinner on Saturday evening. Setup begins Friday from 4:00pm to 8pm or Saturday morning from 6:00am to 9:00am, with all participants required to be completely set up by 9:00am. Artists must provide clean white fire retardant canopies and professional displays. Refunds are available until January 15, 2024. Notification of acceptance is November 20, 2023, with an acceptance and purchase deadline of January 15, 2024.
