Lights, Shadows, Reflections - 2024 (2nd Annual Juried Exhibition, Publication, Sales)

Gallerium presents Lights, Shadows, Reflections - 2024, the 2nd annual juried dual exhibition and publication. This international opportunity invites visual artists to submit original artworks inspired by the theme of lights, shadows, and reflections in art. Lights create atmosphere, contrast, and depth to set mood and guide viewers' eyes. Shadows bring dimensionality and emphasize three-dimensional form. Reflections add mood and atmosphere while creating a sense of stillness, movement, energy, or mystery. Artists are encouraged to showcase creative ways they have used these elements to convey their artistic message.

Selected artworks will be exhibited online from October 19 to December 19, 2024, and published in The Book of Arts: Lights, Shadows, Reflections series. The online version of the book will be available for free, while high-quality print versions can be ordered. Selected artworks will also be featured in a stylish exhibition catalogue available in both online and print formats, promoted and distributed internationally to thousands of readers including experts, galleries, curators, and art enthusiasts.

Submission is free. Only selected artists will pay a selection fee of USD 40 (USD 34 early bird rate). Artists can submit up to 6 artworks, with a maximum of 2 selected per artist. All visual art categories are accepted, including painting, drawing, illustration, photography, digital arts, sculpture, ceramics, and mixed media. Artworks created within the last 5 years are preferred, though there is no creation year limit. Selected artists receive a digital certificate, online profile page on the Biafarin platform, digital social media badges, and access to exhibition analytics and engagement reports. A money-back guarantee is available for selection fee payments until the exhibition's official opening day.
