LGAA National Juried Photography Competition, Exhibition and Sale

The Lake Granbury Art Association (LGAA) National Juried Photography Competition & Exhibition brings together photographers from across the United States. This national juried exhibition offers $4,000 in cash awards and provides photographers with the opportunity for national recognition. The Lake Granbury Art Association has supported photography for more than 20 years, including regional and member-only exhibitions, and has hosted a highly respected National Fall Juried Exhibition, now one of the largest juried shows in North Texas.

Photographers may submit up to six entries. Entry fee is $45.00 with an additional $10.00 media fee per entry. All submitted artwork must be original, lens-based photography created by the submitting artist and must be for sale. Photographs, including composites, are eligible. AI-generated imagery and work done under the guidance of an instructor are not permitted. No nudes are permitted. Artwork should not have been previously exhibited in any LGAA-sponsored juried competition or in a juried show at the LGAA Gallery (Shanley House). Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States.

The exhibition runs May 23 - June 12, 2026. Hand delivery is available May 20, 2026, 10 am - 6 pm at Shanley House Gallery, 224 N. Travis St., Granbury, TX 76048. Shipped art must arrive by May 18, 2026 and should be sent to: Lake Granbury Art Association c/o John Jones, 427 Penny Ct., Granbury, TX 76049. All shipped art must be pre-paid with reusable shipping cartons and pre-paid return address labels. Artists are responsible for insuring their art. Return shipping begins June 13, 2026.
