Lens-flare: A Photography Show

Las Laguna Gallery invites photographers working in all photographic mediums to submit images for consideration in an exhibition. The theme is open. Works in color or black and white are acceptable, including all types of photography mediums such as iPhone, Polaroid, and digital prints on any medium. All fine art, contemporary, and modern works will be considered. Local, national, and international artists—professional and amateur—are eligible.

Submission Requirements: Submit 1-20 images. Entry fee is $35.00, with an additional $5.00 media fee per image. All 2-dimensional entries must be framed with either glass or plexiglass. Unframed canvas wrap prints are acceptable. Prints on metal or plexiglas without frames are acceptable. Frames and canvases must be wired and ready to hang with two eye screws and steel wire. Artwork and frames must be free of scuffs and scratches. Saw-tooth hangers, clip frames, or unstable frames will not be accepted. No work requiring special installation or instructions will be accepted.

Timeline: Submission deadline is August 6, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Artist notification is August 12, 2016. Art delivery is between August 25-30, 2016. The artist reception is September 1, 2016. The exhibition runs September 1-30, 2016.
