About This Call
The 53rd Annual Lemonade Concert and Art Fair is sponsored by the Department of Campus Involvement at St. Cloud State University. The event traditionally attracts 2,500–5,000 people and features music groups, roving performers, a wide variety of foods, a children's art and entertainment area, and an evening symphony orchestra performance.
The fair takes place Thursday, June 25, 2026 (rain or shine) on St. Cloud State University campus grounds at 6th Street South and 1st Avenue. Vendor load-in runs from 7:00am to 10:30am, with the art and craft fair open from 11:00am to 7:00pm and the evening concert at 7:00pm. Booth spaces are 10'x10' and cost $70 per space plus a $15 non-refundable processing fee. A $35 late fee applies for applications received after May 8, 2026.
The event accepts handcrafted art and crafts only in the following categories: Artisan Home & Body, Ceramics/Glass, Digital Art, Fiber, Functional Art, Jewelry, Metalwork, Painting/Drawing, Photography, Sculpture, Woodworking, and limited quantities of Henna/Face Painting and Farmer's Market & Hand-made Artisan Food. No imports, commercial jewelry, kits, pre-molded ceramics, or manufactured items are allowed. All entries must include 4 photos reflective of what vendors intend to sell. Artists must submit a statement on their process. A completed Minnesota Department of Revenue form ST-19 is required with all applications. Accepted vendors will be notified on an ongoing basis and must finalize payment via the Zapplication portal to be assigned a booth space. Vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the show.
