Le Salon 2025 -- TAG/The Artists Gallery Annual Unjuried Show

Le Salon is TAG/The Artists Gallery's annual unjuried exhibition, running August 1–31, 2025. Up to 115 eclectic works by guest artists will be on view. A reception will be held Saturday, August 2, 5–8 pm, when visitors can meet the artists and enjoy refreshments during the First Saturday event. Gallery hours are Friday–Saturday 12–8 pm and Sunday 12–4 pm.

Eligibility is open to all artists 18+ years living within 50 miles of Frederick, Maryland who are not currently represented by TAG/The Artists Gallery. Eligible artworks include original paintings, drawings, prints, mixed media, photographs, and sculpture. Reproductions are not accepted. For 2-D work, maximum size is 30" x 30" including frame; work must be framed and ready to hang with securely attached wires or cleat system (no sawtooth hangers). When appropriate, work must be framed behind glass or plexiglass. Wet canvases and wet frames will not be accepted. For 3-D work, pieces must fit on a 15" x 15" pedestal with maximum height of 30" and maximum weight of 35 lbs. No suspended or floor-sitting work is permitted.

Entry fee is $30.00 for one work and $10.00 for each additional work, up to 3 works total. Only the first 115 artworks will be accepted. Entries must be submitted electronically through CaFÉ by July 20, 2025. All work must be hand-delivered to the gallery July 26–28, 2025. TAG/The Artists Gallery receives 30% commission on all work sold. Unsold work must remain until the end of the exhibit and be picked up August 31 or September 1. There is no shipping option.
