About This Call
The Laudholm Nature Crafts Festival attracts more than 140 talented exhibitors and 5,000+ attendees to a beautifully restored historic saltwater farm on the southern coast of Maine. The festival is presented by the nonprofit Laudholm Trust as a fundraiser in support of the coastal science, nature, and climate education and conservation programs at the Wells Reserve at Laudholm. This long-running juried show is regarded by many as the best crafts festival in Maine.
Applications are judged on originality, quality, theme (works must incorporate nature or reflect the natural world or materials), display (attractive booth with multi-level presentation), and diversity (multiple price points). All work must be original and handcrafted, and artists must be present at the festival both days. Application fees are $35 online or $50 for paper applications. Late applicants must pay a $50 surcharge after March 23, 2026. Application fees are non-refundable.
Booth options include large tent spaces (10'X10' ft. or 9'X10' ft. corner spaces, $400-$425), barn spaces ($425), lawn spaces requiring a 10'X10' ft. white pop-up ($350-$375), and specialty spaces without electricity ($350). All large tent spaces include up to 400 watts of electricity. The event takes place September 12-13, 2026. Contact: 207-646-4521, ext. 127. Additional details available at wellsreserve.org/crafts.
