Lakewood Ranch Holiday of the Arts December 2025

Join us for the third annual Lakewood Ranch Holiday of the Arts, taking place December 6–7, 2025 on charming Main Street in downtown Lakewood Ranch, FL. Setup is Saturday from 5:00–9:00 am. Show hours are Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am–5:00 pm. Admission is free and open to the public. Lakewood Ranch is one of the most desirable communities in Florida, with a well-educated population and an average household income exceeding $100,000. The event is located just minutes from the University Town Center shopping district, home to over 200 stores and restaurants.

The application fee is $30.00, with single booth fees at $495.00 and double booth fees at $990.00. Corner spaces are available for an additional $100. All booth fee payments are made directly to Paragon and are due November 6, 2025. Late payments after November 7 incur an additional $50 fee. Artists must submit 5 images and a booth shot. Emerging artists are accepted. The event accepts work in multiple categories including ceramics, digital art, drawing, fiber, glass, graphic & printmaking, jewelry, metalwork, mixed media, painting, photography, sculpture, and wood.

Artists must be present with their work for the entire duration of the festival and may only show work in categories selected by the jury. All work must be original, with no multi-level marketing products or mass-produced items permitted. The sales tax rate for Lakewood Ranch is 7.00%. Artist services include overnight security Friday and Saturday evening, plus easy load-in and load-out.
