Lakewood Ranch Fine Art Festival January 2026

Join us for the 8th annual Lakewood Ranch Fine Art Festival! This event will be held on Main Street in downtown Lakewood Ranch, FL January 24-25, 2026. Setup starts on Saturday, January 24th from 5 am- 9 am with show hours being Saturday 10 am - 5 pm and Sunday 10 am-5 pm. Event admission for the public is free. This event was featured in Sunshine Artists "top 100" for 2025.

Residents in the Lakewood Ranch community have a combined annual income of over $100,000, which makes this an ideal location for an art festival. The University Town Center Market is nearby, with over 200 stores. The Sarasota Polo Club plays in Lakewood Ranch, as well as the Sarasota International Cricket Club, and the community boasts eighteen tennis courts and numerous golf courses. In addition, Lakewood Ranch is the largest certified green community in the United States.

Application fee is $30.00. Single booth fee is $495.00, double booth fee is $990.00, with an additional $100 corner fee available. All work must be original handcrafted work created by the artist(s) present at the event. Artists must be present for the entire duration of the festival. The jury process is conducted in-house by Paragon staff based 70% on artwork quality and 30% on booth presentation. Five images are required including a mandatory booth shot. Sales tax in Lakewood Ranch is currently 7.00%.
