About This Call
The 39th Annual Lake Mary Heathrow Festival of the Arts is a premier fine arts festival taking place March 7 & 8, 2026, at Colonial Town Park in Lake Mary, Florida. This 501(c)(3) non-profit organization awards festival proceeds, sponsorships and donations as scholarships to Seminole County School District graduating seniors aspiring to become artists.
The festival features both juried artists and non-competitive crafters across multiple categories including paintings, photography, sculpture, jewelry, mixed media, wood, glass, ceramics, and fiber arts. Juried artists compete for over $11,000 in prize money, with awards including Best of Show ($2,500), Tony Senador Award ($1,500), Awards of Excellence ($1,000 each), and various other recognition prizes. Judging is conducted Saturday morning by three independent judges using a 1-5 scoring scale based on each artist's complete body of work displayed.
Application fee is $30 for all applicants, with booth fees of $275 for juried artists and $175 for non-competitive crafters. All work must be original - no manufactured items, buy/resell merchandise, or commercial molds are permitted. Artists must provide their own booth frames and tents for the 12' x 12' exhibit spaces. Setup is Friday March 6 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with limited Saturday morning setup available. The festival runs Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
