About This Call
The Lake Dillon Arts Festival is a juried event taking place in historic downtown Dillon, Colorado. The festival will feature up to 110 carefully selected artists exhibiting fine art and fine crafts including painting, sculpture, metal, glass, printmaking, drawing, ceramics, mixed media, jewelry, wood, fiber, and photography.
Artists must be present to exhibit their own original work only. Picture ID is required at check-in. All spaces are approximately 10 x 10 feet on pavement outside with no electricity available. Only white tents are allowed. Application fees are $50 per juried category (non-refundable). Booth fees range from $599 for a single 10 x 10 space to $1,399 for a double 10 x 20 space with two corners, due upon acceptance. Submissions require 4 digital images of work and 1 image of display setup. If applying in multiple categories, submit 4 images for each category.
The jury process uses 3 jurors scoring applications on a 1-10 scale. Approximately 150 applications are received annually with an average of 100 artists selected. Returning artists are selected by show director or board based on history of participation. The jury process is closed to observation.
