The workshop runs Saturday-Sunday, May 30-31, 2020 from 10am-5pm, with optional morning and evening activities. Check-in for artists is Friday, May 29, 2020 after 3pm, with a Welcome event at 5pm. The retreat takes place at Joshua Tree Retreat, a rustic desert community with shared housing and public spaces. Sixteen participants will be selected by jury. Accepted artists will be notified by Wednesday, January 9, 2020 and must pay tuition of $775 (housing included) in advance to confirm their place. Entry requires submission of 5-10 images (or up to 3 audio/video files) representing your body of work. Entry fee is $50. Application deadline is January 2, 2020 at 5pm PST.
