Kingdom Animalia 2nd Annual Exhibition - 2023 (Real and Imaginary Creatures)

Kingdom Animalia 2023 is a juried international online exhibition celebrating the beauty and diversity of animals in the real and imaginary world. The exhibition invites all representational and abstract artists working in any 2D and 3D medium to submit artworks inspired by animals, including natural world creatures (mammals, birds, fish, reptiles, and companions) and mythical creatures from global folklore and fantasy (unicorns, dragons, phoenixes, mermaids, and others).

Submission is free of charge, with a USD 35 selection fee applying only to selected artists. Artists may submit up to 5 original artworks, with a maximum of 2 pieces selected per artist. Artworks must be entirely the artist's own work and created within the last 5 years (preferred). All styles and sizes are accepted, and artworks not for sale are welcome. The exhibition runs from August 1 to September 30, 2023.

Selected artworks will be featured in an online international group exhibition and promoted for sales. Benefits include publication in an online and print exhibition catalogue, digital promotional badges, artwork reviews from visitors, exhibition promotion through press releases and social media, analytics reports, potential publication in art magazines and books, a free artist profile page on the Biafarin platform, and a digital certificate. The exhibition has previously attracted over 5.5 million visitors globally from 120 countries.
