Kensington Art Fair 2026

The Kensington Art Fair continues to grow and was designated one of the top shows by Sunshine Artist Magazine. Artists with all price points indicated strong sales, with many reporting selling originals priced in the thousands. The beautiful setting is both comfortable and attractive, located in Kensington, one of the most popular parks in Southeast Michigan and centered in a wealthy area of lakefront homes. Two and a half million people visit the park annually.

The show offers dedicated parking for artists and patrons adjacent to the event and is limited to 100 booths to increase chances of success. The marketing program is designed to attract qualified high-end art collectors. Integrity Shows uses a three-year jury system where artists are guaranteed a space for 3 years provided they apply by the deadline and abide by show rules. A minimum of half the spaces are available in any given year. The fair features 24-hour security on site.

Show hours are Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 10am-6pm, and Monday 10am-4pm. Setup is Friday 3pm-7pm and Saturday 7am-9am. Booths are at least 11 feet wide and most have additional space behind. Kensington Metro Park requires an annual or daily pass for each vehicle, with one pass included for each artist. Additional passes cost $40 for annual or $10 daily. Work must be original and created by the artist, with specific guidelines for prints, reproductions, and medium-specific restrictions.
