About This Call
The Arts of Kenmore presents the 2025 Kenmore Art Show with the theme of Joy. The exhibition will feature Photography, 2D, and 3D Artwork at Kenmore City Hall, located at 18120 68th AVE NE, Kenmore, WA 98028. The show runs August 15-17 and August 22-24, 2025.
Three categories are featured: 2D Artwork (paintings, drawings, collages, scratch boards, prints, mixed media; Giclee prints and unfinished gallery-wrap canvas are not accepted); Photography (black and white, monochrome, or color; must be original work made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or captured digitally; digital applications may be applied but not to the extent that the original appearance is drastically altered); and 3D Artwork (any medium including metal, ceramic, glass, wood, paper, or mixed; minimum size 6" X 6" X 6", maximum 30" X 30" X 30"; entries exceeding 50 pounds require artist-provided pedestals and must be fully dry). Each category offers 1st place ($200), 2nd place ($150), and 3rd place ($100) prizes. Additional awards include Best in Show ($300), People's Choice ($200), and Mayor's Purchase Award.
Up to 2 pieces of art may be entered across all categories. Entry fees are $25 for the first artwork and $15 for the second. The entry deadline is June 27, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Artists must be 16 years old or above. Entries are accepted online only through CaFE. Artists submitting by June 1st are eligible for a special drawing to win a photo course from Sharon Gottula Studios.
