Kenmore Art Show 2024

The Kenmore Art Show, an annual event from 1998 to 2017, is back. The Arts of Kenmore is pleased to offer the 2024 Kenmore Art Show, bringing artists and the community together to enjoy Photography and 2D Artwork. The event takes place August 16-18, 2024 at Kenmore Camera Studios, located at 6708 NE 181st ST, Kenmore, WA 98028.

The show will feature two categories: 2D Artwork (paintings, drawings, collages, scratch boards, prints, mixed media, etc.; Giclee prints are not accepted; gallery-wrap canvas must have edges finished and dry) and Photography (black & white, monochrome, or color; images must be made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or captured digitally; all elements must be original and may not incorporate elements produced by anyone else; digital applications may be applied but not to the extent that the original appearance is drastically altered). Artists must identify the image source (film or digital) for photography submissions.

Each category will have 1st place ($200), 2nd place ($150), and 3rd place ($100) prizes. There will also be a Best in Show ($300) and People's Choice ($200) award. Up to 2 pieces of art may be entered across both categories. Entry fees are $25 for the 1st artwork and $15 for the 2nd piece. Artists 16 years old and above are welcome to enter. Only online entries using CaFE will be accepted. Entry deadline is 7/14/24 at 11:59 p.m. MDT.
