Juried Photography Exhibition "Perspective" at Sohn Fine Art

Sohn Fine Art is presenting an open call for photography that will result in an exhibition of chosen work at the gallery, located in Lenox, MA. Any genre of photography can be submitted and all photographic mediums are eligible. The exhibition will be curated and judged by Sohn Fine Art's Director, Cassandra Sohn.

Approximately 20 photographs will be accepted into the exhibition. All work will be judged anonymously. Submission deadline is July 13, 2020, with a $35 entry fee for the first 6 images and $5 for each additional image (up to 20 total). Accepted artists will be notified by August 15, 2020. The exhibition will be on view November 20, 2020 – January 25, 2021, with an artist reception on Saturday, December 5, where show winners will be announced.

Prizes include: 1st Place Winner receives a $500 fine art printing credit to use toward printing their own work through the gallery's fine art printing division, plus a one-on-one portfolio review with Cassandra Sohn. The People's Choice Award Winner will receive one archival pigment print of their own work (up to 30" x 45", valued at $250), produced by Sohn Fine Art, on a substrate of their choice. All accepted work must be limited editions or one-of-a-kinds, ready to hang, of exhibition quality using archival materials, and framed or equivalent. Work must be delivered to the gallery no later than November 9, 2020. Sohn Fine Art takes 50% commission on any sales. Artists are responsible for pick-up or shipping of unsold work at the end of the exhibition.
