June Group Art Show

The Jones Gallery, located in the Kansas City Crossroads Arts District, invites applications for the June Group Art Show. The gallery is housed in a 100-year-old historically registered warehouse with 9,000 sq. ft. of display space and has been in business for over 10 years, open full time six days a week.

This group art show is open to 2D artists, 3D artists, and photographers. No reproductions of original paintings or drawings are allowed. The gallery will select 0, 1, 2, or a maximum of 3 pieces to display. Artists may submit up to 5 images for jury review. The show runs Wednesday, June 1st through Thursday, June 23rd, with a First Friday Artist Reception on June 3rd from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Maximum artwork size is 48" width x 72" height. Artists receive 75% of sales; the gallery retains 25%. All artwork must be wired on the back ready to hang.

Eligibility: Open to artists and photographers 18 years of age or older nationwide. All artwork must be original creations and for sale. Entry fee is $30.00. Applicants must submit 3-5 images. Local artists should deliver work Friday, May 27th or Saturday, May 28th (11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Out-of-state artists may ship work by Saturday, May 28th; artists are responsible for round-trip shipping and insurance and must include prepaid return shipping labels. Unsold artwork will be returned within two weeks after the exhibition closes. Artwork purchased during the show will be paid to artists by Friday, July 1st.
