Jaycee Park Water Tank

This project seeks to transform the FPUA-managed water tank into a landmark public art feature that reflects the character, history, and natural beauty of the surrounding area. Jaycee Park is a vibrant waterfront destination along the Indian River Lagoon, featuring the Kiwanis pirate-themed playground, event pavilions, pickleball courts, and a public boat ramp. The park is also located near Jetty Park and the Fort Pierce Inlet, reinforcing its strong connection to water, nature, and recreation. Artists are encouraged to develop concepts that are innovative, visually compelling, and appropriate for the surrounding environment. Murals should be durable, weather-resistant, and suitable for long-term outdoor display.
