About This Call
Exhibizone presents It's time 2023, an international online group exhibition inviting artists to express their interpretations of time through visual art. The exhibition explores time through multiple perspectives including symbols (clocks, watches, calendars), past (historic moments, nostalgia), present (living in the moment, time's passage), future (time travel, futuristic concepts), time and actions (waiting, rushing), and the value of time (growth, aging, relationships). All abstract and representational art in any medium is welcome.
Selected artworks will be showcased in an online exhibition from June 1 to July 31, 2023. Artists can submit up to 5 original artworks, with a maximum of 2 pieces selected per artist. Work samples should include 1-5 images. Artworks must be entirely original, created by the entrant without instructor supervision, and the artist must retain all rights for international presentation and publication. There is no size limit or restriction on artwork creation year, though artworks created within the last 5 years are preferred.
Selected artists receive multiple benefits including online exhibition, artwork sales promotion, exhibition catalogue publication, digital promotional materials, artwork reviews from visitors, exhibition promotion through press releases and social media, analytics reports, potential publication in magazines and books, a free artist profile page on the Biafarin platform, and a digital certificate. Public Choice Cash Prizes of CAD 500 total (CAD 100 each for 5 artists) are awarded based on highest artwork rankings throughout the exhibition period. This opportunity is open to all visual artists worldwide.
