It's Political

It's Political is a group exhibition seeking artwork inspired by anything the artist considers 'political'. Though often divisive and inflammatory, politics cannot be avoided in today's world. The intrinsic beliefs and opinions that shape us as human beings can almost always be seen in a political light. Artwork may be literal depictions of a politician or political issue or opinion, or may be figurative and interpretive. Las Laguna Gallery values all beliefs and the manner in which these can be expressed artistically.

All local, national, and international artists, professional and amateur, and artists of all ages are encouraged to submit their works. There are no restrictions on content, style, medium or context, but entries should fit the political theme either traditionally or digitally. Acceptable sizes have no limitation, though pieces over 48" are noted as costly for shipping and manageable sized pieces are recommended.

Entry fee is $35.00 with an additional $2.00 media fee per image. Submissions should include 1-15 images. Artist notification is October 10th, 2018, with the show date of November 1st, 2018.
