About This Call
Open call for qualifications for a permanent exterior public artwork integrated into a new firehouse's exterior envelope. The selected artist or team will collaborate with municipal staff, stakeholder committees, and project architects to conceptualize, design, engineer, fabricate, and integrate the work. The goal is a permanent installation that amplifies community identity, reflects regional character, and connects meaningfully to place in a critical civic building. Painted murals are not appropriate.
