Into the Woods

Into the Woods is a national call for art in all media, open to all artists aged 18 or older residing in the US. The exhibition runs March 18 - April 18, 2025, at Webster Arts Gallery, 2 Summit Avenue, Webster Groves, MO 63119. The opening reception is Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 6:30 pm.

Entry Deadline: February 13, 2025 at 11:59 pm CST. Entry fee is $25 for the first three images and $5 for each additional image up to 10 images total. Submit up to 10 JPEG digital images (1000-1920 pixels on longest side, 72 PPI, 5 MB maximum). Artists will be notified by email on February 21, 2025.

Accepted artworks must be shipped to or delivered to Webster Arts by March 12, 2025. In-person delivery is available March 6, 7, 11, and 12 from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. The exhibit considers all mediums except video. Wall pieces must be wired for hanging and no larger than 48" x 48"; wall works on paper must be framed. Three-dimensional works must not exceed 32" x 32" x 60" or weigh more than 50 pounds. All work must be original and cannot have been previously exhibited at Webster Arts. Artists are responsible for shipping costs and insurance during transit. Webster Arts is insured for declared value from receipt through pickup. Webster Arts receives a 30% commission on all sales. Local artist Andrew Rola will select work for inclusion; cash prizes include $250 Best in Show and one $100 Award of Excellence. For questions about medium suitability, contact [email protected].
