INTO THE WILD

INTO THE WILD is an online exhibition celebrating animals in art. The theme invites artists to explore the mystery of the animal kingdom's instinct, strength, vulnerability, motion, and power through their perspective.

JPEGs are due by Friday, September 24, 2021. Notification of acceptance and online gallery opening will be Friday, October 22, 2021. All accepted pieces will be displayed in the online gallery at www.art-fluent.com. Awards include Best of Show ($750) and two Director's Choice awards ($250 each).

Entry fee is $25 for the first entry and $10 for each additional entry, with a maximum of 20 total entries. Payment is non-refundable and does not guarantee acceptance. For 3D work, there is no need to pay for additional entries for detail shots; additional views may be sent by email to [email protected]. This call is open to artists worldwide, both amateur and professional. Work that is copied or done under the guidance of an instructor is not eligible. Open to all fine art mediums (oil, acrylic, watermedia, pastel, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, photography, sculpture, fiber, wood, digital art) except film/video. All images must be in JPEG format with image size of 1,200 pixels or greater on the longest side and maximum file size of 5 mb. Selection is by director's choice with no personal feedback given by jurors. All sales inquiries will be directed to the artist's website, and artists receive 100% of sales. A portion of the proceeds from entry fees is donated to organizations committed to the arts and supporting artists.
