Interweave's Bead Arts Awards

Interweave's Bead Arts Awards is a beading competition open to all artists over the age of 18 working in Seed Beads, Multi-Hole Beads, or Crystal Beads. Entrants can submit original beaded jewelry designs, whether in progress or finished. Each entry must represent one piece of jewelry, one gem, or one multiple-piece set or suite. Artists may submit as many entries as desired, with each piece submitted as a separate entry. Work samples should include 1-15 images.

Entry fees are $30 for early-bird submissions (April 29 - June 20, 2022), $45 for regular submissions (June 21 - July 11, 2022), and $45 for extended deadline submissions (July 12 - July 25, 2022). An additional $45 media fee applies. The final deadline is July 25, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Winners will be notified by email on or before August 1, 2022.

Winners of the Bead Arts Awards will be announced and featured during Bead Fest (August 17-20, 2022). Prizes include an overall $750 Grand Prize and $250 category prizes from sponsors Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, Barrel of Beads, and Dreamtime Creations. Competition categories are Seed Bead, Multi-Hole Beads, and Crystal Beads.
