International Juried Arcadia Art Show Vol. 6

The International Juried Arcadia Art Show Vol. 6 is an international juried exhibition held at the Arcadia Theater in Tyler, Texas. The exhibition runs from October 1 to November 25, 2022, with an opening reception on October 1st from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Artists may submit one piece of artwork for a $35 entry fee, with additional submissions at $5 each. Work samples may include images (1-20), audio (0-6), and video (0-6), with a maximum of 20 total samples. There are no limits to size or media; painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, printmaking, installations, video, and sound artwork are all considered. Individuals at least 18 years old are eligible to apply. The entry deadline is August 26, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Accepted artists will be notified by September 1st via email.

Artwork may be delivered in person to the Arcadia Theater, Martin Walker P.C., 121 N. Spring Ave, Tyler, TX 75702 by September 17th, or shipped to arrive by September 20th. Pickup is November 26th, 2022. Artwork may be offered for sale, with a 30% commission going to support AASH. The international jury includes Inta Stalidzane, an artist, designer, and educator based in Toronto, Canada. Cash prizes include Best in Show ($500), Runner Up ($300), Creative Excellence ($200), and People's Choice ($300), voted by attendees during the opening. Winners may be selected for a solo or group show at the Arcadia Theater. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the artist. AASH is not responsible for damage to artwork during shipping or the exhibition.
