INfocus

INfocus is a juried photography exhibition showcasing contemporary works by Indiana photographers. The exhibition seeks to highlight creative and high-quality images and to provide artists an opportunity for professional exhibition and recognition.

Eligibility: Open to artists 18 years and older who currently reside in Indiana. Photographs must be original and completed within the last two years. Artwork must not have been previously exhibited at AMOA. Accepted media includes photography and digitally enhanced/manipulated photography (AI-originated work is not accepted). Photographers may submit up to 10 works. Minimum submission size is 5" x 7"; maximum is 30" x 40". Photographs must be matted or mounted to material at least 16" x 16" (panoramic mounts must have a height of at least 12" and be longer than 16"). Acceptable mounting materials include mat board, foam core, and styrene. Framed work will not be accepted. Categories include Animal/Wildlife, Architecture, Digital Enhancement, Nature/Scenic, People, Photojournalism, and Open.

Entry fees are $20 for initial entry for non-members and $20 for two initial entries for members; $10 for each additional entry. Approximately $1,700 in prizes will be awarded, with seven category awards selected by the juror. The exhibition runs April 3 – May 28, 2026. Notifications will be emailed by March 20, 2026. Accepted artists are responsible for delivery to Anderson Museum of Art, 32 W 10th Street, Anderson, IN 46016. All accepted works will be insured while at AMOA. Pick-up is required by June 30, 2026; artwork not picked up becomes the sole property of AMOA. A 30% commission will be retained by AMOA on all sales.
