About This Call
The Office of the Indiana State Treasurer is requesting submissions from Indiana artists for exhibition at the Indiana State Treasurer's Office, located at the Indiana Statehouse in Indianapolis. The office is open to the public. This year's exhibition will be called "Hoosiers: Roots & Resilience." Submissions will be reviewed and selected by the staff of the Indiana State Treasurer's Office. Preference will be given to Indiana artists, and all media types are welcome including photography, paintings, drawings, and mixed media.
All Indiana artists over the age of 18 are eligible to submit. Artwork must be 2D and framed (if appropriate), wired, and ready to hang. Artwork should be a minimum of 24" x 24" and maximum of 36" x 36"; larger artwork is welcome and encouraged. Submissions should include up to 5 images at 72dpi and around 800 pixels in any direction or less than 1MB each. Include the artist name, title of work, date, medium, dimensions (including frame), and price in the body of the email.
Artwork must be delivered to the Indiana State Treasurer's Office between April 24th and May 1st, 2026, and picked up within a week of the close of the exhibition. The exhibition runs from April 24th, 2026 through April 23rd, 2027. Artwork may be available for sale with the artist managing the sale; the Treasurer's Office will connect interested patrons with the artist and will not take a commission.
